To contact the Guarantee Fund for Victims

Faced with the evolution of the Coronavirus-Covid 19 pandemic, the Fonds de Garantie des Victimes (FGAO and FGTI) is implementing its Business Continuity Plan by adapting its organisation as best it can in a context that is new for the nation.

At a distance, our employees remain mobilized in the service of victims. They will do their utmost to deal with all requests, giving priority, in this exceptional context, to dealing with the most sensitive situations.

Victims' compensation claims should be sent by e-mail to the following address: urgence.indemnisation@fgvictimes.fr.

We are no longer able to maintain a physical reception desk or telephone hotlines, but we will endeavour to respond to e-mails as quickly as possible.

We invite victims who have filed a claim with SARVI to use the following e-mail address: gestion-sarvi@fonds-garantie.fr for any emergency.

In addition, requests relating to recovery should be sent by e-mail to the following address: urgence.recours@fgvictimes.fr.

In order to facilitate the processing of requests, we invite victims to indicate the reference number of their file in the subject line.
