Appointment of an ombudsman for victims of terrorist attacks and crimes

Any victim of an act of terrorism or a crime may contact the FGTI’s Ombudsman if they feel that their rights have not been respected.

This measure is one of the strong commitments made by the FGTI under the agreement signed with the State to improve the quality of the service provided to victims.
